  5.  “Auto-mated Reservation Systems –are NOT Auto-matic!” – A thorough research of all systems currently in place AND additional/new generators will be conducted.  Specific areas of concern are current/attractive pictures and copy, rate categories being utilized strategically, and TRUE assessment of location/price/brand/quality matrix will be examined, resulting in “best overall VALUE” positioning.  This process MUST be monitored/ammended as often as daily (in high demand periods), and coupled with accurate interpretation of “click through” and turn-down information is our BEST tool(s) for effective Yield Management.  –
    Increase in REVENUE (as by-product of BEST R/N vs. rate strategies) beginning in days.
